LOVB Has 20 of Triple Crown's Top 100

Triple Crown Sports published its Top 100 club rankings this week, and 20 of the clubs on the list belong to League One Volleyball.

Nineteen LOVB clubs appear on that five-year list and twelve of the 20 finished higher than they did in 2025.
Triple Crown has been running these rankings for longer than LOVB has existed.
The professional teams are the part of LOVB that people watch. The clubs are the part that has revenue in September, and this is the number that measures them.
The league said the same thing with a cheque last week. When CVS Pharmacy bought the front of every LOVB Pro shirt, LOVB sold the deal on a reach of more than 30,000 club athletes and their families, which is a number that comes from the clubs and not from the arenas.
LOVB Nebraska went looking for its own version of that on Tuesday. It has hired Professional Sports Partners to sell naming rights to the 66,000 square foot building in Gretna that opened last November and houses both the professional team and Premier Nebraska Volleyball, which is a club selling a building to pay for a club.
The list ranks clubs. It does not rank the children who play for them, and neither will we.
